OOO MMM GGG! My new favorite snack: GReeN-A-ColaDa.
Big handful of kale + 1/8 fresh pineapple + 1 ripe&frozen banana + 1/2 can LITE coconut milk +ice and a little water. VitaMix for 40 seconds. Makes about 32 ounces of guilt-free health drink.

I also threw in 2T of ground flax seeds and 2T Chia seeds. Total Calories per cup: about 150. It's like not supposed to taste this good, be so healthy, and NOT BE FATTENING!!!

I can't believe I'm not hungry! I am into my 5th day of raw eating. I found such wonderful information and recipes at www.livingrawbygrace.com. Last night's meal was a tiny bowl of Terryaki UNstir fry, topped with shaved coconut and peanuts. I thought there was absolutely no way this would be enough, but it was. It was a typical San Diego day, 76 degrees, sunny, and just the perfect count of delicate white clouds in the blue sky. No need for a bra liner today, I thought.

After the morning's beautiful bible study, a few girlfriends went to feast on one of my favorite San Diego choice of restaurants, Thai food. I ordered a new curry, but stuck with my level II of spice.

The meal was yummy, but even spice level II reminded me of why I invented the soft, thin, discreet Girlease Bra Liner. I needed Girlease NOW! The only immediate solution, paper napkins, affirmed my patented invention's value of comfort and solution to boob sweat. Of course my lunch girlfriends got a big laugh that I, the mother inventor, had forgotten her own invention, and had to use paper napkins.

Oh well, we all stuffed not only our faces, and felt MUCH better.

ONLY Vegetable Lasagna-Even the meat eaters are surprised, and love this!

I took this to a barbque party, and it was the favorite!

Cook, layer, bake:

Spaghetti squash, cooked with guts, face down in garlic salt/chicken broth, 350 for apprx. One hour.

Five Japanese eggplants, striped the peel, cut in half, sprinkle basil, salt, garlic, and top with olive oil. About 30 minutes in separate dish, along with the squash.

Sautee two slice SWEET onions, and three cubed portabella mushrooms

When onions and mushrooms are just about done, put fresh baby organic spinach on top, cover, and let steam/cook.

Marinara: sauté ½ chopped sweet onion, add Italian seasoning and garlic, add 1 large can 32 oz, of chopped tomatoes, 3 teaspoons raw sugar, and simmer for 15 minutes or so.

Clean out guts of the squash, use a fork to scrape the rest and put in the bottom of the 9x11 dish that the eggplant was cooked in.

Next add large cubed eggplant, some mozzarella and parmesan and marinara.

Next layer: spinach Next Layer: onions and mushrooms. Top with some mozzarella and parmesan and marinara. Top with PINE NUTS!!!!! Bake at 350 for 20 (ish) minutes.

If you placed all the various boxes on a counter top, and asked a man to pick the best product, he would be lost.
